Kamiel Kafka caricature
Kamiel Kafka is a 'funny character' in Flanders and the Netherlands.
He usually recites absurd philosophies and poems.
His most famous statement is, "I'm Kamiel Kafka, I'm Kamiel Kafka and I'm not going to say it twice."
'Kamiel Kafka' is a well-known funny character in Flanders and the Netherlands, played by stage artist and cartoonist Kamagurka.
He always wears a long coat and a hat with earmuffs.
I don't think this is my best caricature, in terms of resemblance.
But strangely enough I received a prize for it at the Hoeilaart Caricature festival ...
Maybe because of the unusual color and painting technique (oil on canvas) ?... That's just an assumption... I don't know.
A bit weird, I think.
